How does Snapy pricing work?
Snapy uses one-time credit purchases. Buy credits when you need them and use them across supported video and audio tools.
Is this a monthly subscription?
No. New credit purchases are one-time payments and do not renew monthly.
Do I get free credits?
Yes. New free users get 10 starter credits. After that, you can buy more credits whenever you need them.
How much do credits cost?
Pricing is volume based: $0.15 per credit for the first 100 credits, $0.13 for credits 101-500, $0.12 for credits 501-1000, $0.11 for credits 1001-5000, and $0.10 for credits 5001-10000.
What is the minimum credit purchase?
The minimum purchase is 10 credits. The maximum is 10000 credits per checkout.
Do purchased credits expire?
Purchased credits remain in your account balance until you use them.
What happens if I run out of credits?
You can buy more credits from the pricing or plans page and continue processing files after checkout.
How are payments handled?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Snapy does not store your card details.
I already have a monthly plan. What happens to it?
Legacy monthly plans remain active until you change or cancel them. You can manage your existing subscription from the plans page.
Can I request a refund?
